Road National Championships here in Ballarat starting today. below is the start of the under 23 race. It is very hot today ( up to 37 degrees) so I don't envy them. Cadel Evans ( Australian Tour De France winner) will be racing on Sunday in his last professional race.
Sturt Street blacked off from midday until late tonight for the road race.
