Visitor to Glen Park

Currently my daughter is hosting a Japanese student who is attending Ballarat High School with her this week. They have some great events planned for them including a day at Sovereign Hill and a visit to Halls Gap. She is not able to visit us during school time but I brought both girls up to have a look at our school which is not just different to most schools in Ballarat but also schools in Japan. Akane was impressed by all our books and the children's art work. (She also liked our home corner) She was impressed by the countryside and tried to take a photo of our kookaburras but they flew too fast.( refer photo) She did get to hear them laughing.
