Mummy

Two of my grade 5 students started their mummy's today. They are making a body out of air drying clay and adding eyes and jewels by embedding them not the body of the mummy. Once they have set they'll wrap it up in thin masking tape. while the mummy was drying they started drawing suitably Egyptian images on the lid of the coffin. ( a paper mâché pencil case bought from a craft store.)
