The first real cold morning of the year. Below is a photo I took of Springs Road. It's a lovely rural view including paddocks full of horses and trees full of autumn leaves.
The 'fables kids' finished their bees today. ( We read the ant and the dove and made ants and we also read another version where the ant is a bee...still works) We made a big bee with a pouch in it and inserted mini books about native bees and a mini book version of the fable fit snugly into the pouch.
I stayed back tonight and did some preparation for next week today so I can have a sleep in tomorrow. A grim looking evening ( took the first photo at about 5:30 pm and the second closer to 6:00. The rain is great but the cool weather comes as a shock)
Off to Clunes on the weekend to go to their Book Fair. I hope it's not too wet!
