Document wallet's finished

The grade 6s finished their document wallets for The Silver Sword. They included a journal telling about a refugees escape from occupied Europe, an ID card, a passport and a map. They also included some photocopied money from the era.

My grade 2 student finished painting her butterflies. She also finished Jack and the Beanstalk with a pop up story on the death of the giant.

We will finish Carrie's War tomorrow and start work on that. 

Our ant farms have had it. Time to let the survivors out.

I also finished a sample diorama for Miss Peregrin's Home for Peculiar Children.

We will start that serial on Thursday.

NAPLAN writing and language conventions went well today. We have reading tomorrow.

Too wet and miserable to get outside today. Maybe we will get outside for some golf tomorrow and even take a trip to a driving range.
