Smokey

Today the Department of Sustainability and Environment started burning off some old cypress trees they've cleared. ( refer previous post) It was very smokey, certainly not asthma friendly. There is a lot of burning off planned for this month so we'll just have to get used to it.

The loom machines were brought out again by the girls who started up the bracelet production line again. (refer below)

The grade 6 kids used the new information report scaffold I've adopted to create projects for Wicked.

The grade 4 kids are starting work on their swan boats. We have one last chapter of to read of the Trumpet of the Swan tomorrow and then I'll post the unit on TPT on the weekend.
